Is there a limit on the number of images?

There is no strict limit on the number of images. You can add as many images as your device's memory can handle. For best performance, we recommend keeping it under 100 images per conversion.

Will the image quality be preserved?

Output uses JPEG 90 high quality standard, which is visually near-lossless. For the vast majority of photos and document scans, the human eye cannot distinguish any difference from the original, while file sizes remain reasonable.

What page size should I choose?

Use 'Fit' if you want the PDF page to be the exact same size as your image, ideal for photo albums or digital archives. Use A4 for European printing standards, or US Letter for American printing standards.

Can I rearrange the order of images?

Yes. In the preview area, you can drag and drop image thumbnails to rearrange their order. The first image becomes page 1, the second becomes page 2, and so on.

Does it work on mobile devices?

Yes, the tool is fully responsive. On mobile, you can select images from your photo library and convert them to PDF. The interface adapts to smaller screens with touch-friendly controls.

How do I convert images to PDF step by step?

Open the tool, drag and drop one or more images, choose page size (Fit, A4, or US Letter) and orientation, drag the thumbnails to order the pages, click Convert, then download the PDF. If you prefer not to use a web tool, the OS route works too: Windows Print > Microsoft Print to PDF, or macOS Print > Save as PDF.

Why is my converted PDF so large, and can I shrink it?

The PDF embeds each image as JPEG 90, so its size is roughly the sum of your images. To shrink it: compress or resize the images first with the Image Compressor tool (about 1600 px on the long side at 80% quality), convert fewer images per PDF, and avoid Fit mode with full-resolution scans.

Can I use this for printing?

Yes. If you select A4 or US Letter page size, the PDF is optimized for standard printing. The Fit option is better for digital viewing or when you want the PDF to match the exact image dimensions.

How do I convert HEIC photos from iPhone?

Simply select your HEIC photos from the Files app (iOS) or your photo library. The tool automatically detects HEIC format and converts it to PDF. No need to convert to JPG first: HEIC files are processed directly.

Can I add a watermark before converting?

The current version does not include watermark functionality. For watermarked PDFs, consider using our image-editor tool to add watermarks before converting to PDF.

Why does my PDF have white borders or cropped images?

That depends on the page size mode. With A4 or US Letter, every image is scaled to fit the fixed page, so images with a different aspect ratio get white margins (letterboxing); the image is never cropped. With 'Fit', each page matches its image exactly, so there are no borders but pages have mixed sizes. If your photos are portrait phone shots and the PDF looks small on the page, choose Fit for a borderless result or rotate the page orientation to landscape.

Why does my image to pdf converter output look blurry when printed?

The PDF embeds each image as JPEG 90, so blur when printing almost always means the source image has too few pixels: a 72 DPI web image printed at 300 DPI needs about 4x more pixels to stay sharp. For print, prepare images at 150-300 DPI; an A4 page at 300 DPI is roughly 2480 pixels wide. This converter embeds the original resolution unchanged and never upscales, so the output is exactly as sharp as your source.
