Privacy Policy

UFOZoo Tools operates on a fundamental principle: your data never leaves your device. All tool processing happens locally in your web browser using client-side JavaScript. We have no servers that receive, store, or process user data.

This Privacy Policy explains what little data our infrastructure collects (limited to essential CDN operations) and describes the technical architecture that makes our zero-data-collection approach possible.

UFOZoo Tools does not collect personal information. We do not require account creation, email addresses, or any form of registration. There is no user database, no analytics dashboard tracking individual behavior, and no advertising profiles.

When you use our tools — whether calculating a hash, formatting JSON, or generating a password — the input data is processed entirely within your browser's JavaScript engine. The data exists in your browser's memory during processing and is discarded when you navigate away or close the tab. At no point is this data transmitted to our servers or any third party.

We do not log tool usage, track which tools you access, or monitor how you interact with our interface. Our server infrastructure receives only standard HTTP requests to deliver static HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files.

Every tool on UFOZoo Tools uses client-side processing. This means the computation happens on your device, not on a remote server. When you paste text into a hash calculator, the hashing algorithm runs in your browser's Web Crypto API. When you format code, the formatter executes in your browser's JavaScript engine.

This architecture provides a technical guarantee of privacy that no policy statement can match. Even if we wanted to access your data (which we do not), the technical design of our tools makes it impossible. Your browser never sends your tool inputs or outputs to any server.

UFOZoo Tools does not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any form of behavioral tracking. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, or similar tracking services.

The only cookies present on our site are essential cookies set by Cloudflare for content delivery and security. These cookies are required for the CDN to function properly and do not track user behavior. They are classified as strictly necessary under applicable privacy regulations.

Our infrastructure uses Cloudflare for content delivery and edge routing. Cloudflare may collect standard server logs (IP addresses, user agents, request timestamps) as part of CDN operations. This data is processed by Cloudflare under their own privacy policy and is not used by UFOZoo Tools for any purpose.

We do not embed third-party analytics, advertising, or social media widgets. The only external requests your browser makes when using our tools are to fetch static assets (fonts, icons) from established CDNs.

Since we do not collect user data, there is nothing to retain. Tool inputs and outputs exist only in your browser's temporary memory and are automatically cleared when you close the tab, navigate to another page, or refresh the browser.

UFOZoo Tools does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Since we do not collect any personal data from any users regardless of age, our tools are safe for users of all ages. No parental consent is required because no data collection occurs.

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes in our infrastructure or legal requirements. The last updated date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for any changes.
